  I would give 0 stars if I could. A parcel clearly marked with a Kingswood address was sent to Cranebrook! Ladies at the post office are extremely rude and careless. I hope all the Australia Post stores aren’t like this.

  Terribly rude staff, I hadn't changed address over yet, so all of my identification (drivers license etc) wasn't enough to pick up my parcels. They were eventually returned to sender at my cost. Apparently being the person the item was sent to isn't enough. No help at all & very rude.

  If I could give less than one star I would. I always have parcels go missing or posted late when I use this post office. Unfortunately they are the closest post office to the hospital where I work. Originally the service was fantastic, however over the the last year I have had to travel further to ensure my parcels don't go astray. A newer staff member here, Sufi, has very poor customer service skills or care factor when things go wrong and seems to be more interested in sitting down and scrolling through his phone. His behaviour seems very inconsistent with what I've come to expect from Australia Post and makes me uncomfortable.

  Always a pleasure to shop there Staff are well informed and knowledgeable and they have a large range of gifts and Nic Nacs at bargain prices .Of course if you turn up with no ID you may have a problem collecting registered mail. So I suggest to the ppl writing the long drawn out complaints that they spend less time making unfair reviews and get their licences and IDs up to date instead.

  Extremely rude staff. All theee ladies have this snooty passive aggressive attitude to everyone who walks through the door unless your mates with them or related. Otherwise they'll look at you like you're scum. Parcels regularly go missing and they blame you for it too. They love to use the line "not my problem that's your issue, take it up with your seller" when in fact it's the post office that let it go missing. They make you feel like your causing the end of the world when you need personal service. A very churn and burn post office front. I wish I didn't live so close but I have to face these clowns almost weekly and deal with the same rubbish attitudes
