  I have had the misfortune or fortune to have had two not fault accidents in a twelve month period and two different cars repaired by KSR both cars came back looking fantastic and from the onset all staff were helpful polite and was well informed of process the lollies on pick up of last car were a pleasant bonus highly recommend them thanks Janet and team

  In the last year, I had to send my vehicle to KSR once due to an accident and at another instance, damage caused due to a robbery. They were recommended to me by my insurer Toyota Insurance. Both times, my vehicle was returned in mint condition. Their staff is very polite and courteous. KSR also calls you to give you an estimated completion date and finishes the work on time not compromising on their quality of work. I would highly recommend them.

  Fourthly, they wiring for the boot has not been replaced back to the factory stock standard as how it was when I gave them to Car, there are naked wires which can Easley now get wet when it rains as there is no covers over the wiring

  A big thanks to KSR Auto for a wonderful repair job on our nine month old vehicle. The drama of a rear end accident was swept aside by our insurer and once we had the assessment at KSR the process was so smooth, on time as nominated. The vehicle looked like new again.
