  There was no hard sell, on our test, we spoke of generalities. My son and I felt comfortable. Getting back to the dealership, we were offered a drink, and then discussed a great deal. No haggling it was settled.

  Today 28/5/17, I picked the car up registered, fully fueled (unlike a lot of dealerships). Mel went through the controls, and operation of the car etc.

  Looking for a first car for my 26 y.o son, we were drawn to Penrith City Automotive, who had a 2016 Picanto. It was a long drive out to Kingswood from the Eastern Suburbs. We were warmly welcomed by Mel, who very politely asked what we were looking for. Mel directed us to a red 2016 Picanto, and guided us through the attributes of the car. We took the car for a drive, and Mel organised a set of P Plates for my son.
